SHIPPING & RETURNS
We provide free shipping within Australia, on full price purchases over $200. For purchases under $200, a flat rate of $12.50 will be charged.
International deliveries will be charged at a flat rate of $35.00
ARNLEY uses Australia Post or Couriers Please for your domestic or worldwide shipping. Once you order has been shipped, you will be issued with a tracking number.
We try to ensure the website stock levels are accurate and endeavor to ship all items within the specified period, but if for some reason we are unable to fulfill the order, you will be contacted within three business day to arrange a back order or refund.
Some garments are special order, and an approximate delivery time will be specified on the product page. If for some reason this time might vary, you will be notified within 3 business days.
All other garments will be shipped within 1-5 business days of order. If you require express post delivery, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to accommodate your request.
All shipping prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
International deliveries can arrive between 5-10 business days from receipt of payment. These parcels will require signature upon delivery, so please ensure you have nominated a suitable daytime address to receive the goods..
Some international orders can incur Customs or an Import Duty fee, which can be charged upon delivery. These charges vary depending on the country and cannot be specified until delivery has been made. Please contact your local customs office if you require further information. The payment of all Customs and Import Duties is the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to refund on full price items. Sale items are final sale and no refunds will be given, however you may receive an exchange. If for some reason an exchange is not available, you will be issued with a credit note.
Postage for exchanges and refunds will be at the customers expense unless the garment is deemed to have a manufacturing fault.
All exchanges and returns must have the tags attached and be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the condition in which they were received.
Items can be exchanged within 7 days. For garments to be exchanged or refunded, you must contact ARNLEY via email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the garment, on which you will be issued with a Returns Authorisation (RA) form.

Our quality assurance team holds a very high standard of craftsmanship, and all garments are thoroughly checked for faults before they are shipped. If you require an exchange or refund due to a garment fault, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of item.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
